Amazing facilities, spacious and well-equipped rooms with fine views. The diverse choice of dining options and tasty food left us feeling satisfied. We enjoyed the relaxed pool area and found the fitness center and wellness facilities equally worth trying out. The staff offered fantastic service, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. Despite some minor delays due to a shortage of serving staff in the a la carte restaurants, we had a great experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this gorgeous resort. The rooms were spacious and had stunning views, especially from the ocean front master suite. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We loved the variety of dining options, with standout restaurants like the rooftop and Mexican ones. The buffet had a good selection of food, although the flow could be improved. The facilities, like the rooftop infinity pool and spa with hydrotherapy balconies, added to the luxurious experience. Definitely a great location in a nice touristy area.

The mini bar in our room was not restocked daily, but overall it was a minor issue.

This hotel is an absolute luxurious haven! the exclusive amenities in the spa centre were remarkably outstanding, adding to the zen atmosphere created by the elegant indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. the full-body massage was incredibly invigorating, and the Spa Lounge was a perfect relaxation environment with a beautiful garden area, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas. the stunning rooftop pool was heated, complete with infinity pool and an ample sun terrace, making it difficult to leave the perfect setting. the location advantages of being close to a beautiful beachfront, with excellent beach access and a convenient taxi service, were priceless.

Although this hotel exceeded my expectations, there was a minor issue with the night club that became a nuisance late at night with lively live performances disturbing the peace. Despite this, the fantastic entertainment the hotel had to offer made up for it, with a modern and stylish lobby bar, snack bar, and a delightful restaurant for dining.

We stayed at this amazing resort for 10 days and it was perfect for our family vacation. The entertainment, food, and amenities were all top-notch. The staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Special shoutouts to Berenice, Manuel, Lorena, and Emilio for their exceptional service. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the infinity pool was a favorite among my family. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable family vacation.

The hotel was fine with spacious rooms and a rooftop infinity pool. The cleaning staff and bar service were excellent. The choice of dining options was wonderful and the service from all staff was really good. The location was great, with beautiful views and a free water taxi to the mall.

The beach was not nice and had some sort of dam you had to jump over to get to the water. The food at some restaurants was better than others, and the buffet flow could be improved.

The location of this large and stylish hotel was perfect for a relaxing holiday with family. Apart from the enjoyable beach activities during the day, there were various fun entertainment options in the evening in a touristy area. The spacious and tidy rooms with comfortable bathrooms, excellent housekeeping service, and the wide range of delicious breakfast options are all worth mentioning as well. Not to mention the breath-taking and picturesque views from the rooftop infinity pool and bar.

Some guests complained about limited restaurant options and poor dining quality and that the mini-bar was not restocked daily.

Excellent cleaning staff and bar service, along with top-notch massage therapists. Stunning ocean views from the master suite balcony, and a generous selection of top-shelf liquors at the bars. Ideal for family vacations, with plenty of activities and space to relax.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, who made our experience wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. The view of the ocean was very nice and added to the overall beauty of the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and fine views from the infinity pool.

I had a wonderful stay at Dreams Vista. The hotel had huge, comfortable rooms with amazing balconies and views. The pool area was relaxing and the staff provided friendly service. The variety and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The fitness center and wellness areas were also great. I had a perfect stay at a great price and would highly recommend Dreams Vista.

The only disappointment was that the shower drain in my room didn't drain well and emitted a bad smell intermittently.
